Upstate Family Health Center will be holding a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Tuesday, September 21st. The clinic will take place from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Center Court during the Sangertown Square Get Hired Job Fair.
Both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be available. Anyone 12 years and older can receive the Pfizer vaccine while anyone 18 years and older can receive either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines. Anyone eligible for the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines are encouraged to utilize this walk-in vaccination clinic. No Reservations are needed. Walk-ins are welcome!
