New Hartford, NY – The American Cancer Society has teamed up with Sangertown Square to hold a reimagined Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event to follow social distancing guidelines and regulations.
This year’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event will be a drive through event in the Sangertown Square parking lot by Boscov’s. On October 18th from 9am – noon teams can drive along a route in the parking lot and visit various ‘stations’ along the way without leaving their vehicle. Goodie bags will be given to the first 100 fundraising vehicles and food trucks will be stationed at the end of the course for participants to enjoy a breakfast treat.
The American Cancer Society is asking participants to ‘pink out’ your vehicles for a chance to win a prize for the best decorated. Plus, random prizes will be given away as well.
Registration for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Drive Through Event are online at www.MakingStridesWalk.org/Utica. Help fund breast cancer research and support breast cancer patients by participating in The American Cancer Society’s drive through event on October 18th.
